I regularly teach soft cheese making courses around the Greater Melbourne area.

Here are a few that are happening in the next few months.






Mozzarella and Ricotta

Make your own Mozzarella to take home and see a demonstration of Ricotta being made. Breadsticks provided for tasting. See requirement list.

Date: Saturday 1 June 2013

From 1.30pm - 4.30pm (1 session)

Feta Cheese & Mozzarella

Learn all about the Feta process which normally takes 7.5 hours.  Complete the process from milk to pressing in a mould (supplied).  Students will then be given full instructions to complete the process at home.  There will also be a Master Class in Mozzarella making with bread & crackers for tasting.  Includes notes – see requirement list.

Date:        Sunday 25 August 2013.  From 12.30pm – 4.00pm (1 session)

Cost:        $90.00 or $85.00 concession

Private Cheesemaking Classes

Want to learn to make soft cheeses in the comfort of your own kitchen?  Why not invite some friends and have a cheese making party!  Gavin teaches Mozzarella and Ricotta classes in the Greater Melbourne area.

Minimum class size of six students, and prices vary depending on travel time and are affordable.
