this was the first podcast i have listened to. my two favorite cheesemakers and mentors. love lisas videos and i even have the same cat. i did a course 12 months ago and have been addicted to making cheese ever since. atm i have some petit bueu drying as well as red leicester and additionally made Monterey jack cheese today. don’t know how id cope with lockdown otherwise in Melbourne Australia. you two are so helpful and inspiring thank you
